Main Configurations of Concrete Mixer Machine

1. AggregateBin:

RT-400 Ag Bin is equipped with center distributor, convenient for storing sand and stone.

An acrylic-reinforced aliphatic aromatic polyurethane coating applied to the inside of the

aggregate bins to prevent bin abrasion, bin corrosion, and permit smooth flow of aggregates.

2.Additive Bin:

adopt galvanized steel tin or quality stainless steel tin, used for adding various of additive.

3.Fiber Dispenser:

Automatically feeds fiber,Fluffs and stretches fibers,Buy fiber in bulknot bags,Eliminate

manualfeeding,Increased accuracy,Patented system.

4.CementBin:

Cement bin with power agitator which includes a patented chain feed system

which is the most accurate in the industry, is self cleaning, and is the longest lasting.

5.Mixing Auger:

Power augerwithlift and swing, Manual telescopic chutes, which are mounted to the

auger and require no attachment by the operator.
